Ar. Chan Chin Yeow

A corporate member of the Malaysia Institute of Architects, Chan Chin Yeow obtained his Bachelor of Architecture in 1996 and MSc Planning in 2000 from USM, Malaysia. After graduation, he underwent architectural training in multiple architectural practices in Penang and Selangor, Malaysia. In 2003, Chan Chin Yeow founded KCYS Architects Sdn. Bhd. with two of his former university schoolmates. Seven years later, he started his own architectural practice – CY Chan Architect (CYCA). The practice was responsible for a wide range of work – master planning, mixed use commercial development, multi-residential building, interior design and private housing. As the principal of CYCA, Chan Chin Yeow took up the leadership in steering the practice as one of the design leaders in Malaysian architectural industry. He was the principal architect for Twinkle Villa, the award-winning single residential project – PAM Awards Gold and Building of the Year in 2017.
