PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Pearl Residence – Completed in 2015, the Pearl Residence consists of 41 units of Superlink houses and 10 units of zero-lot bungalows. The Superlink houses comprise of 12 unit types, which made Pearl Residence as one of the first terrace housing developments that adopted the idea of having a variety of unit façade and layout with similar design character and language within the repetitive housing typology. This design concept was an attempt to breakthrough the standardized mass homogenous low-rise housing development typology by inserting individuality to each of the unit and to provide a greater freedom of choice for homebuyer to choose from.
